, in Numbers 11, when the people of Israel complained about having no meat to eat in the wilderness, God was so fed up with them that He told Moses, “Tell the people I’m going to give them meat for a whole month.”

Moses responded, “God, that’s not possible in this desert,” but God answered back, “Moses, when did I become weak?” He was saying, “Have you forgotten who I am, the all-powerful Creator of the universe?

I gave Sarah a baby when she was ninety years old. I part Red Seas. I close the mouths of hungry lions.”

Then God shifted the winds and brought in huge amounts of quail, enough for every person to gather fifty bushels.

God has untold blessings for you and the power to bring you what you need. You don’t have to go find it, make it happen on your own, force doors to open, or manipulate people. No, with one shift God can bring the provision to you. Just keep honoring God, walk humbly before Him, and He’ll make things happen that you couldn’t make happen.

A Prayer for Today

“Father, thank You that Your arm has never lost any of its power, and You control the winds and bring Your blessings to me. When it looks too big for me, I know that with You all things are possible. I believe that You are not limited by any unfavorable conditions that I face. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
